Driveway services we perform

Driveway pressure washing

Hot-water and surface-cleaner washing for concrete, pavers and aggregate. We lift Florida mildew, tire marks, rust bloom and irrigation staining, then rinse walkways and the apron so the whole approach matches.

Crack & joint repair

Routing, cleaning and filling of shrinkage cracks, control joints and expansion joints with flexible sealant so water stops migrating under the slab during summer storms.

Sealing & protection

Breathable penetrating sealers for concrete and joint-stabilizing sealers for pavers. Applied after full dry-down so the surface resists sun fade, salt spray and oil.

Paver reset & re-sanding

We lift settled or rocking pavers, correct the base, re-lay to line and re-sand the joints. Sunken tire tracks and trip lips get flattened back to grade.

Edges, borders & aprons

Rebuilt border courses, restored soldier rows, patched apron corners and tidy transitions where the driveway meets sidewalk, swale and garage slab.

Drainage & trip-hazard fixes

Regrading of low spots that pond after rain, channel-drain clearing, and grinding or patching of raised lips so the driveway is safe to walk and roll a bin across.

Our process

  1. 1. Tell us about the driveway

Use the assistant or call. Share the address, surface type, size and what is bothering you — staining, cracking, settling or ponding water.

  2. 2. Assessment and written scope

We look at the slab or pavers, base condition, drainage and edges, then put the recommended work, materials and sequence in writing.

  3. 3. Scheduling through central dispatch

Your visit is scheduled through our central reception and dispatch team so crew timing, weather windows and dry-down time all line up.

  4. 4. Prep and protection

Plants, screens, garage thresholds and adjacent finishes are protected. Water and power sources are confirmed before anything is turned on.

  5. 5. The work itself

Cleaning, repair, resetting or sealing is completed in order, with photos taken as we go so you can see what changed under the surface.

  6. 6. Walkthrough and care notes

We walk the finished driveway with you, confirm cure and parking times, and leave simple upkeep notes for the Florida sun and rain cycle.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on both concrete and paver driveways?

Yes. We handle poured concrete, exposed aggregate, brick and concrete pavers. The method changes with the surface, and we explain which one your driveway needs before any work starts.

How long does a typical driveway project take?

Most cleaning and sealing visits are a single day, with dry-down time before you park on it. Paver resets and larger repairs can run one to three days depending on square footage and base condition.

Can you fix a cracked driveway without replacing it?

Often, yes. Surface and shrinkage cracks can be routed and sealed. If a slab has failed structurally or the base has washed out, we say so plainly and describe the replacement option instead of patching over it.

How soon can I park on a sealed driveway?

Foot traffic is usually fine the same day, and vehicles typically the next day. Humidity and shade change that, so we give you the exact window at the end of the visit.

Do you serve my city in Palm Beach County?

We cover Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Park, Lantana, Palm Springs and North Palm Beach.

How do I get an estimate?

Open the assistant on any page and share your address, driveway type and photos if you have them. You can also call (305) 360-0342 and our dispatch team will take the request.

Do you handle HOA or community requirements?

We can work to a community's approved finish, color and sealer requirements when you provide them. We do not submit HOA paperwork on your behalf.
